Common skill goals at Dalecki Strength are handstand balance, handstand push up, ring muscle up, lever, one arm chin up, middle splits, back bridge and bar muscle up.

Calisthenics skills requires a great deal of control and coordination, which can help to improve your balance and flexibility over time. Some movements we work on for balance include, single leg deadlifts, pistol squats, shrimp squats, handstands as well as single leg balances on parallettes and handstands. Coordination exercises include, pull ups, muscle ups, skin the cats, hurdles, round offs and pull overs.
