The muscle up is an impressive skill executed on the rings or bar. It involves a vertical pull from dead hang, a transition in the deep part of the dip and then a full range of motion dip. The body is then held in a static position in a ring support shape.
Beginners are absolutely welcome to attend the workshop, the coaching will be teaching progression for every level.
